I have had articles published in The Economist.I was 'Mr. New Zealand' bodybuilding champion in 1993, a sport that taught me more about goal setting and discipline than anything I have ever done.I also competed in the New Zealand’s Strongest Man competition, a multi-disciplined event that included me harnessing myself to a Kenworth truck and pulling it along the road, rolling cars onto their sides, and lifting 410 Kg (903 lb) barbells. The event was described on TV as being like “A screen test for a Schwarzenegger movie” These days I just strive to live a fit and healthy life. I eat organic food wherever possible, and keep in good shape by training with weights 3-4 times per week, and practicing yoga. I live with my lady - Bianca Te Rito – the love of my life for the last 18 years.I am the Author of the book; Business Execution for RESULTS - A practical guide for leaders of small to mid-sized firms.
